Skávhli the seagull is a hand / rod puppet made by the PISTO Team for the Sámi TV channel NRK Sápmi. The seagull features in the children's TV series ‘Ruskakonagas’.
NRK Sápmi commissioned Skávhli in 2013 with the aim of creating a companion for the crow girl Gárja.
NRK Sápmi is the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation’s Sámi division. They are located in Karasjok in the northern-most parts of Norway.
